ChinaLS129 UV intensity online monitor is a smart digital probe of small size. It is suitable for various measurement occasions that need to monitor UV power and energy in real time. With standard RS485 communication interface and MODBUS communication protocol. The detector and controller adopt a split design, which can be directly connected to a computer, PLC and human-machine interface for communication to achieve real-time data collection and monitoring.
According to the ultraviolet spectrum range of the test, different application industries, etc., three different ultraviolet probes have been developed at present :
1.LS129-UVALED 340nm-420nm is for UV curing, measurement of intensity and energy of UV LED surface light source
2.LS129-UVA 315-400nm is for UV Curing, measurement of intensity and energy of high pressure mercury lamp
LS129-UVC 230-280nm is for measurement of intensity and energy of UV antiseptic mercury lamp
The main features of LS129 UV illuminance meter are as follows:
1.Structures: The size of the instrument is very small, the probes and mainframe is split, but they can also be integrated. The hole position of fixed screw is designed to facilitate the installation of the customer.
2.Parameters: According to the different needs of the industry, the instrument contains UV 365nm probe used to test mercury lamp , and UV 365nm-405nm probe used to test UV LED lamp, it can also be customized UVC 254nm probe. The use of this instrument is flexible, we can customize for you as long as you have the requirement.
3.Technology: RS485 communication interface and MODBUS communication protocol make it convenient to integrate various intelligent equipment. The configuration of 200℃ High-temperature line can realize the real-time online monitoring for a long time.

LS129 Ultraviolet Digital Probe Communication Parameters
1. Station No
The LS129 smart digital probe supports the standard MODBUS protocol. The default communication address is "1". You can modify the probe communication address through the "Human Machine Debugging Tool" or the communication protocol. The address setting range is 1-247.
2. Baud rate
The default baud rate of the UV digital probe is 9600bps. The baud rate can be modified through the "Human Machine Debugging Tool" or communication protocol.
3. Protocol
Supports the standard MODBUS protocol. You can read the probe measurement data and set the communication address and baud rate through the communication protocol. For detailed communication commands, please refer to "LS129 Digital Probe Communication Protocol".

Measurement and precautions
1.The receiving window of the probe is directly opposite the ultraviolet light source, so the power density of the ultraviolet radiation energy at the current test point can be obtained.
2.Avoid contact with corrosive materials and keep away from high humidity environment.
3.The recommended period of calibration is one year.
4.Because the UV probe is sensitive to changes in humidity, the environment it is preserved is important.Don't use this instrument for a long time.please be sure to store the probe in a low humidity environment.For example, keep the probe in a dry plastic bag.

Ultraviolet Digital Probe Characteristics
1. The LS129 UV digital probe has a very small size, and the detector and controller adopt a split design, which is very convenient for installation where measurement is needed. It is also possible to combine the detector and controller with screws for measurement.
2. It adopts standard RS485 communication interface and MODBUS communication protocol. This UV intensity meter is equipped with high temperature wire capable of withstanding temperature of 200 ℃, which can realize online monitoring in real time for a long time.
3.The probe is powered by a 5-24V ultra-wide DC power supply range, which is very convenient for use in different industries on spot.
4. Free computer debugging software for communication protocol debugging.
Three optional ultraviolet digital probe debugging tools
1. Human-machine interface for debugging (optional): It can be used to view the probe data and set the probe communication address and baud rate during debugging.
2. RS232 / RS485 converter (optional): Used for communication protocol debugging.
3. USB adapter (optional): used to read data from RS485 to USB connection computer
Note: The debugging human-machine interface, RS232 converter and USB converter are not standard. These accessories can be purchased as required.
