Front Panel Interface and Functions :

Statue Display Area : current working statues. For example : the A80 represents 80% of manual mode power.

Run / Stop : the machine works or stops

Reduced : power or time reduced

Increase : power or time increases

MENU Function Key : Press a display area to display A100, indicating manual mode. Press 3 or 4 keys to adjust the power, start irradiation or stop pressing 2 keys. Press B100 again to display the PLC mode in the display area, and press 3 or 4 to adjust the power to start or stop the irradiation. Press the display area again to display the C100, indicating that the foot pedal works, press 3 or 4 keys to adjust the power, and start to irradiate the goods or stop through external pulse signal control. Press the display area again to display d100, indicating manual touch time timing control, you can press 3 or 4 keys to adjust the irradiation time, and e100 represents time timing control.

TIME : Time adjustment button, can change the time decimal point, and then use 3, 4 keys to adjust. To use the time simulator, you must press 2 keys in the time interface before the machine will work.

1 and 2 : pedal connection (no positive or negative)

3 and 4 : PLC terminal (no positive or negative)

Cautions :

1.The ultraviolet ray that irradiation head gives out is harmful to the body, do not looking directly at.

2.Do not remove power switch with wet hand to avoid possible click.

3.High temperature warning : the body temperature will increase during the irradiation of the head ultraviolet light, do not touch, avoid scald.

4.Avoid using this equipment in thunderstorm weather, otherwise it may be dangerous due to lighting strike.

5.In order to extend the service life of equipment, it is recommended to use the equipment continuously for more than 4hours and stop cooling for 30 minutes.
