Scratch resistance: The scratch resistance of UV varnish coating is not good, and the root of the problem is the adhesion fastness.On the one hand, the coating is too brittle and easy to peel off, which may be caused by excessive curing on the other hand, the smooth oil layer is not thoroughly dried, which will also cause poor scratch resistance of the glazing coating.

The main reasons for not thoroughly drying the oil layer are:

1.UV varnish is a slow drying ink.

2. The selected UVLED curing equipment is not suitable.

3. Residual substance in UV varnish diffuses to the surface of the ink layer.

Solution: Check and adjust the UVLED curing equipment of UV varnish; Keep air circulation as much as possible to speed up the drying of ink; Or replace the polish.
