For the detection standard of UV sterilization lamp, there are the following three standards, which stipulate the detection standard of ordinary 30W straight lamp tube.

2.2019 version, “Technical Specification for Disinfection of Medical Institutions”, disinfection by ultraviolet light

3.Ultraviolet sterilization lamp, GB19258-2012, ultraviolet radiation illuminance rating

The above standards stipulate the following:

1.After opening the ultraviolet lamp for 5 minutes, the ultraviolet intensity of the lamp can be measured stably

2.The instrument was placed under the UV lamp at a vertical place of 1m for measurement

3.New ordinary 30W straight tube UV lamp, irradiation intensity greater than 100uW/cm2 is qualified

4.The irradiation intensity of medium ultraviolet lamp must be greater than 70um/cm2 to be qualified

5.UV sterilization lamp peak wavelength is 253.7nm, UVC ultraviolet lamp has sterilization function

6.UV lamps of different powers have different irradiation ratings

Standard test for other types of germicidal lamps

For non-" ordinary 30W straight sterilizing lamp tube ", the standard of irradiation intensity of new lamp tube is stipulated in GB 19258-2013, corresponding data in the following table, but it cannot be used without specifying what intensity, and a new lamp tube needs to be replaced. However, according to the standard calculation of "ordinary 30W straight sterilization lamp tube", the lamp tube should be replaced when the intensity drops to 70% of its rated power. If the rated power of the dual-end 36W UV lamp is 136uW/cm2, 136 times 70% is equal to 95, and the lamp can be replaced by 95 uW/cm2.
