2.UV Plastic Glazing Oil (can be hot stamping)

The product is mainly used in PE, PP thin film or sheet metal surface stick coating, suitable for toothpaste tube, PE hose and thin film adhesive surface glazing.

Product Feature:

Resistance to yellowing, low odor, abrasion resistance, high gloss, good flexibility. This series also has UV frosted oil.

3.CD Protects UV Light Oil

Rubber disc protection is the key to the production of disc material, is crucial to the quality of the disc, is required to adhere to the reflective metal layer of disc, has good ink adaptability, high low temperature performance and anti-wear.

4.UV Light Curing Adhesive

Characteristics: one-component of UV light curing adhesive, UV light solid adhesive, is more convenient to use than traditional two-component heat curing adhesive.

Optical property: Liquid crystal clear transparent, light transmittance greater than 90 after curing.

Adhesive Property: after curing, small volume shrinkage, large elongation, high bonding strength.

Weather-ability: after curing, the adhesive has good weather resistance, and it can be used in temperature range of under 50℃ to 80℃ degree centigrade.

Application:

For the transparent material, such as transparent plastic, glass and metal, plastic, ceramic, rubber, etc., rapid adhesive of opaque material. Adhesive curing time is fast to 1 second. Bonding strength can be adjusted. It is suitable for CD, electronics, optical devices, biological products, furniture, etc., bonding encapsulation or pasted on.

a.UV disc adhesive: UV disc glue, suitable for DVD5 / DVD10

b.Glass-aluminum alloy adhesive (UV light curing no shadow glue): it’s widely used in optical instrument, medical device, handicraft, furniture and construction industry, glass / metal, glass / glass, metal / metal, etc..

Usage: after dropping the glue, it can be fed into the light curing oven. The thickness of the rubber layer is not more than 2 mm. The curing condition is high pressure mercury lamp, 60-80m/cm, curing time is 10-25 seconds.

6.UV Marble Coating

UV marble oil is used in marble, artificial stone, ceramic stone and other decoration. Bright has special effect, can reduce the stone material production energy consumption, raises the production efficiency.

7.UV No Shadow Glue

Characteristics: fast curing speed, high bonding strength, no yellowing, no bubbling. It can be solidified within 20 seconds of sunlight.
